You'll be instrumental in building and scaling our AI-powered backend systems and infrastructure. • Design, develop, and maintain the backend systems and infrastructure that power our agentic AI products. You'll work across the stack to solve hard problems in reliability, performance, and scale.
• Drive architecture decisions and own technical solutions end-to-end, from design through deployment and iteration
• Build and optimize model serving infrastructure to support low-latency, high-throughput inference at scale
• Develop observability tooling, including distributed tracing, to surface insights across complex AI workflows
• Create automated testing frameworks that ensure system reliability as we ship rapidly
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex production issues
